Enrollment Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your enrollment, refunds are calculated on the basis of the following refund policies.
All cancellation requests must be in writing; the date of cancellation is the date GIA receives your written cancellation request.
No refund will be made for application fee and course material given to student.
All fees will be refunded if the course is withdrawn or not offered.
On premature cessation of the course, all fees and charges that have been collected in respect of any part of the course falling to be conducted on or after the date of the cessation will be refunded within 1 month of the premature cessation.
There is no refund due to courses that exceed the original completion date per GIA refund policy.
If the student wants to re-enroll after a course expires the student will be required to pay all application tuition fees and re-submit all assignments, including those previously submitted for the expired course.

* In the event of discrepancy between the English and the Chinese, the English version shall prevail.
